Happy to review anyone’s insurance no matter how big or small

Often this starts with a coffee to meet face to face and discuss what insurance you have in place currently, and what insurance you actually need. From there we do some investigating on different options and then present them to you in an easy to understand way. It rarely happens, but if you’re current arrangement is the best available we’ll tell you.

Advice and Recommendations based on your individual circumstances

Each of our customers have very different and bespoke needs when it comes to their insurance. We support our recommendations to you with claims examples of ways the policies would respond.

Marketing of your insurance to local and international insurers

On our suppliers page you’ll see all the different insurer partners with work with to place our clients insurance. Whilst using Australian suppliers is ideal it’s not always an option. This is where we can seek coverage from overseas insurers that meet strict compliance standards.

Claims advocating meaning you don’t have to deal with insurers

For clients that have had a claim this is a huge selling feature of our firm. In their most vulnerable moments having their account manager assist them through the claims process takes a large amount of stress out of the equation. Having someone on your side to fight for your full entitlement is paramount in an insurance claim. 

Premium funding and extended credit terms 

For some customers their insurance spend can be a massive hit to their cash flow. In these instances where an annual payment can’t be made by the policy due date we can offer either a monthly payment plan via premium funding, or we can extend credit terms ranging from 30 – 90 days to assist.

Personal Account Manager to handle all your enquiries

This really sets us apart from other insurance companies and brokers. We assign you a dedicated account manager who becomes your single point of contact for all things insurance. This allows you to grow a lasting relationship with someone who gets to understand your business extremely well.
